1. Choose flowers for the occasion
Browse birthday, anniversary, sympathy or grand opening flowers. Read the product details for the arrangement and included items; photographs illustrate the selected design.
2. Get the recipient’s full address
Ask for the city or county, district or township, street, building, floor and apartment number, together with the recipient’s name and local phone number. Traditional Chinese details can make the destination clearer. Taipei and New Taipei, Hsinchu City and Hsinchu County, and Chiayi City and Chiayi County are separate destinations.
3. Check the date and destination
Taiwan delivery dates use Asia/Taipei local time (UTC+8). Same-day ordering is not currently offered. Check the selectable dates and any notices at checkout. Remote areas and offshore islands require an availability check; a city guide does not guarantee coverage of every address.
4. Add a personal message
Write your card message in English or Traditional Chinese and include your name if you want the recipient to know who sent it. For sympathy gifts, confirm the family’s wishes and the venue’s receiving arrangements first.
5. Review the order
Check the bouquet, recipient information, delivery date and final USD total before paying. Keep your order confirmation and contact support if the address or date needs clarification.
